It's
Interactive.
The Summit Marketplace will provide an area where you can gather ideas in an
informal and interactive setting while meeting others who are doing similar
work.
A poster exhibit offers you
flexibility in selecting the most effective techniques to help your audience
understand the principle features of your program or partnership. Bring photos,
handouts, small stand alone posters, annual reports, student art or anything
else that will provide information about your program or partnership.
As a poster presenter, you
have an enhanced opportunity to explain your work to a targeted audience of
intensely interested peers and you will have a designated time to make a
roundtable, or Consultants for Free
style presentation.
It's
Important.
The Marketplace will be an Information Exchange area. Successful ideas and
techniques providing the underpinning of the most successful partnerships in the
world will be on display and you will be able to pass along the secrets of your
success to other partnership leaders while learning from them.
It's
FREE.
All Summit registrants are eligible for a reserved space in the Marketplace.
Simply mark on your registration form that you will be bringing a display
for the Marketplace and a table top exhibit area will be held for you. Locations
will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
It's
Available.
Generally, your display will be set up for viewing for two days, Thursday and
Friday, November 21-22.
It's
Simple.
The Marketplace will feature table top exhibits instead of pipe and drape booths
or large pop-up displays. There will be electricity available from the hotel,
but this area is really envisioned as a way for people traveling long distances
to bring simple, yet informative displays.
It's
Fun.
You need not stay by your exhibit all the time because there will be designated
presentation periods. The rest of the time you will be free to enjoy the other
Marketplace offerings such as the hospitality area, the Cyber Café and the
student performance area.
