Correlation of a Fully Implemented SHP 2nd Student Achievement

The name of the program is School-Home Partnership. This - strand that this study addresses is Learning. This study has investigated the relationship between the implementation of a multi-tiered, school-home partnership program and the academic achievement of high school students within the DoDEA system. The program that was adopted and implemented by DoDEA was a multi-tiered framework was designed to increase parental and community participation in school activities as a vehicle to increase student achievement. TerraNova test results were correlated with a Site-Based Self-Evaluation tool in 67 schools throughout the DoDEA system and has uncovered a statistically significant relationship between the implementation of the conceptual framework for school-home partnerships and science achievement among high school students.
