Abstract
The Model United Nations General Assembly for South African High Schools is a debating competition sponsored by South African Breweries, which is based on the principles and format of a UN General Assembly debate, with a focus on the United Nations, international relations and human rights issues.

In its quest to create future leaders and global citizens, the projects aim at facilitating communications skills, written and oral, negotiation skills and ambassadorial skills which are essential skills for the "world of work" and for the understanding of international politics and South Africa as a global player.
