Description
Three regional PARTNERS IN EDUCATION Focus Group meetings were held in collaboration with the State Department of Education to address ways to improve students’ employability skills through community partnerships.
These meetings provided an excellent opportunity for community and school leaders to share perceptions of the roles that parental involvement and community support play in student success. They determined:
--What is already being done to address these issues.
--What should be CONTINUED because it’s working.
--What should be STOPPED because it isn’t working.
. What should be STARTED to improve student success.
