Austin Independent School District: Partners in Education Program (APIE)

The Technology Support Program was created in May of 2001 to provide schools technical support such as loading software, determining sources of problems with individual computers and fixing as many of these problems as possible and addressing network issues, extensive faculty training through the Intel ‘Teach to the Future’ program to assist teachers in integrating technology into the classroom, and assisting campus staff in building their basic skills to do their own troubleshooting.
